Our standard size cards are 54mm x 86mm x 420micron thick and made from white rigid PVC. This is the standard IBM identical to credit card size. After printing on one or two sides the cards are die cut to shape using a power press and line rule cutter. Each card comes with radius corners. These also make great business cards – very prestigious. People just don’t want to through a plastic card away.
