Hydro dipping, also known as water transfer printing allows for the transformation of pretty much any physical object with whatever colour, style or pattern you choose.
The process involves laying a ultra thin transfer onto a calm tank of tepid water.
An activator is sprayed onto the transfer to dissolve the PVA backing and the pre-prepared item is slowly immersed through the liquid transfer, which allows the floating transfer to adhere to the item.
This technique is used to cover three dimensional items with patterns and colour. Components such as alloy wheels, crash helmets, gun stocks, motor cycle and car parts, fishing equipment, phone covers, site helmets, etc, etc, etc.
Here’s just a very small sample of what can be achieved with hydro dipping, from small customisations to full-scale branding for your business.
